CANCELLATIONS

Service Description

You will be charged for cancellations that are within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment or not receive money back on prepaid package appointments. (Emergencies excluded) Cancelled appointments within 4 days prior or more will have a chance to reschedule or get 20% back. This policy not only gives you an incentive not to miss our appointment, but also protects Tail Wags Training from not being able to fill the taken time slot for that day.
